  1. Eligibility for Refund: Customers who submit a refund request via email or through our website within 7 days from the date of purchase will be eligible for a refund which our team will understand and give a decision accordingly.

  3.  Non-Refundable Convenience Fees: Please note that convenience fees are non-refundable in the event of a license cancellation

Non-Refund Policy: FundsAudit has a Non-Refund policy for all customers as the app is being used by a subscription model. Only in certain cases related to any technical, service issue after assessing the issue company may refund the amount to the use
